We begin by applying the powder primer and correct colour. Once the paint is cured, we place the wheel on the CNC machine to shave the top layer of paint and a small amount of alloy material off, to ensure a smooth and consistent finish. Once complete, the wheel is checked for any defects, we then use a high clarity powder clear coat lacquer to protect the wheel.
