Yes, every wheel is fully stripped before coating, which includes removing the tyres. This ensures the coating process is applied evenly and without obstruction. Once the wheels are finished, we refit and balance the tyres on-site, so you don’t need to visit another garage.
We stock a wide range of OEM shades and can closely match most factory finishes. In addition, we offer a variety of custom colours, effects, and finishes if you’d like to create a different look. We’ll discuss options with you before starting work.
Powder coating is applied electrostatically and oven-cured, forming a harder, more resilient layer than standard wet paint. This makes it highly resistant to chips, corrosion, and road salts. With proper preparation and curing, it delivers a longer-lasting, factory-grade finish compared to conventional painting methods.
Yes, all of our work comes with a 12-month workmanship and finish guarantee. This covers issues such as peeling or flaking under normal road use. We stand behind the quality of our process and materials, giving you confidence that your wheels will last.
